The Tab-Ex® is light, compact and provided with Android™ 5.1.1 Lollipop (optionally 4.4.4). Tab-Ex® is suitable for various mobile operator roles in various applications, such as; inventory, tracking & tracing of material, operator rounds and inspection and service.
The 8” display makes it possible to use standard desktop applications mobile in Zone 1 areas. This gives operators access to SCADA/DCS systems, enterprise systems (SAP, Maximo) and CAD systems and allows them to access and input data.
With the integrated camera and extensive wireless connectivity defects or abnormalities detected during inspection or maintenance can be recorded and sent to the office for expert feedback and determining follow up actions.
